I’d give it only 2 1/2 stars if I could. This Phantom was much better than 2 years ago when I saw it in Madison but not nearly as good as other productions I’ve seen. I LOVE The Phantom but felt unmoved by this production.
Seat was fine. Sound was fine. But you need waaay more ladies bathrooms!! There were lines coming in from two directions and prob 40 ladies waiting in line.
Drink and snack line moved very fast which was good but certain snacks like pretzels ran out and you had no back up supply. It was great tho that u could bring your beverage into the theater.
